As a well-established team, we combine many years of experience in legal recruiting, human resources, coaching and organisational development. We work personally, discreetly and with a clear view of people, structures and the demands of legal careers.

Dr. Karin Medved

Dr. Karin Medved is a partner and managing director of Medved & Partner. Since 2013 she has advised law firms, legal departments, companies and lawyers on questions of recruiting, HR, career and leadership. Before founding Medved & Partner, she worked for many years as Director Human Resources at Schönherr Rechtsanwälte and in industrial companies. Her background in business, her coaching qualification and her long-standing experience in the legal market shape her consulting: structured, hands-on and with a fine sense for people and organisations. Her focus areas are legal recruiting, executive search, career and leadership coaching, communication and conflict management. In her free time she is artistically active, sings in a choir and plays golf.

Mag. Christine Eder, MSc

Mag. Christine Eder, MSc is a lawyer, HR and organisational development coach as well as a partner and managing director of Medved & Partner. She combines practical legal experience with in-depth expertise in HR consulting and coaching. Through her work in law firms and in legal HR consulting, she knows the demands of the legal market from different perspectives: as a lawyer, consultant and coach. Her focus areas are legal recruiting, career guidance, leadership coaching and communication. She supports lawyers with professional decisions, change processes and taking on new responsibility – approachable, confidential and with a clear view of individual career paths in the legal market. In her free time, the native of Tyrol enjoys the mountains, plays tennis and is interested in art and culture.
